A) Registration with Hotel Accommodation:

Important Note:
* - For single occupancy
The charges would cover delegate registration for one person, accommodation for 2 night/3 days (check in at 3:00 P.M. on 9th October. and check out at 9:00 A.M on 11th October, 2026) at Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort in Phuket, Thailand including Lunch + Tea and Coffee+ Cocktail Dinner on 9th October 2026, Breakfast + High-Tea + Lunch + High -Tea + Cocktail Dinner on 10th October, 2026 and Breakfast on 11th October, 2026. Depending on the room availability, subject to early check-in.
# - For double occupancy
The charges would cover delegate registration of two persons on twin sharing basis, accommodation for 2 night/3 days (check in at 3:00 P.M. on 9th October and check out at 9:00 A.M on 11th October, 2026) at Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort in Phuket, Thailand including Lunch + Tea and Coffee + Cocktail Dinner on 9th Oct. 2026, Breakfast + High-Tea + Lunch + High - Tea + Cocktail Dinner on 10th October, 2026 and Breakfast on 11th October, 2026. Depending on the room availability, subject to early check-in.
** From 16th September. 2026 room booking will be taken depending on room availability confirmation from the hotel at the then prevailing rates.
B) Only Registration in INR (Per Person excluding Hotel Accommodation)
The charges would cover only Delegate Registration including Lunch + Tea and Coffee + Cocktail Dinner on 9th Oct. 2026, High- Tea + Lunch + High- Tea + Cocktail Dinner on 10th October, 2026.
The Council would issue confirmation note for delegate registration on receipt of details of full payment and delegation registration form.
Please note that it is of utmost importance to send duly-filled registration form and receive confirmation of receipt of payment from IOPEPC.
